Project Development Specialist

The Project Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. They collaborate with project managers to maintain and enhance the quality and timeliness of detailed design and construction within assigned disciplines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Assist with project coordination and subcontractor management, ensuring on-time completion and quality adherence.
  • Design Management: Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve design issues and provide technical input during the design and construction phases.
  • Program Preparation and Administration: Help develop and maintain detailed project schedules, supporting effective program management and delivery.
  • Site-Based Execution: Assist in cost management, quality assurance, and environmental controls on-site, ensuring compliance and reporting progress to senior engineers.
  • Health and Safety Advocacy: Support health and safety initiatives, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Relevant Qualifications: Holding relevant building and tertiary qualifications is essential for this role.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in large-scale construction projects is required.
