Leadership Opportunity in Childcare

Are you passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children? We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Second-in-Charge (2IC) in Outside of School Hours Care.

This permanent, part-time opportunity offers hands-on experience in the OSHC industry. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Clyde North

You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Total hours: 32.50

  • Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program
  • Foster genuine relationships with children and their families
  • Play and have fun with primary school-aged children
  • Support ensuring compliance with industry regulations
The Successful Candidate

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a confident communicator, and has excellent problem-solving skills. Ideally, you'll have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is not essential – we can train you.

Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards is required.
