About the Position:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage WHS protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Develop and implement effective project programming
  • Create and manage project budgets
  • Implement cost control measures to optimise project outcomes
  • Conduct regular forecasting to inform business decisions
  • Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and service

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on small to medium-sized fit-out or new build projects
  • Tertiary or trade qualification in a building-related discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
