Are you looking for a challenging role that makes a real difference in people's lives? We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Officer to join our team. In this part-time position, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for carers and nurses, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.

About the Role
  • We are seeking a skilled professional who has experience in recruitment, preferably within health or community services.
  • Our ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with candidates, clients, and their families.

In this role, you will be responsible for representing us at recruitment expos, community events, and networking opportunities. You will also engage with employment services and RTOs to develop a skilled casual workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for carers and nurses.
  • Oversee training, onboarding, and compliance processes.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with candidates, clients, and their families.
  • Represent us at recruitment expos, community events, and networking opportunities.
  • Engage with employment services and RTOs to develop a skilled casual workforce.
What We're Looking For
  • Knowledge of the Aged Care, Disability, or Community Care sector is essential.
  • Experience in recruitment, preferably within health or community services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Commitment to compliance, continuous improvement, and positive team contribution.
