About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through outstanding service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our range of products and services
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to stay up-to-date with new releases and promotions
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales
