About This Opportunity

  • Leverage your broking expertise to drive client retention & portfolio growth through direct and existing channel partnerships in line with the growth & retention strategy.
  • Responsible for portfolio of clients driving strong customer service experience to achieve retention & growth aspirations in line with clear KPI's.
  • Acting as technical referral point for colleagues to collaborate & share your product expertise where required.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and develop relationships with key real estate insurer partners and key clients leading to new opportunities & strengthen existing relationships.
  • Partner with internal & external stakeholders to create value that exceeds customer expectations.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years proven technical broking experience managing a portfolio of clients.
  • RG146 Tier 1 qualification (required) and/or Diploma of Broking (advantageous).
  • Commercial understanding of business and the Insurance market including ability to deliver and report on financials.
