Personal Care Assistant

Dedicated professionals are required to provide exceptional care and support to older individuals in their own homes.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will deliver compassionate care by assisting with daily activities, personal care, and community engagement. This includes working one-on-one with clients to help them live comfortably in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks according to their needs and preferences
  • Establish meaningful relationships with clients to promote their independence and well-being
  • Provide personal care or domestic support in clients' homes as needed

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Respect for all individuals regardless of background, age, or other factors
  • Either unqualified or holding a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or a related field
