Key Responsibilities

  • Develop connections with the community, branch, and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending results for customers
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in customer service or sales with a proven track record of success
  • A high level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations
  • Ability to quickly establish strong relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Highly developed credit analysis skills with a focus on driving positive outcomes
  • Understanding of consumer lending experience and small business offerings
