ILS Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and managing ILS activities across the acquisition and sustainment lifecycle in support of major Defence programs.

This position offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement ILS strategies, manage delivery of ILS elements, and lead procurement and acquisition planning activities to ensure optimal through-life support outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing ILS strategies across acquisition and sustainment phases.
  • Managing the delivery of ILS elements including supply support, maintenance planning, configuration management, technical data, and training.
  • Leading procurement and acquisition planning activities to ensure optimal through-life support outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline, be certified in ILS or logistics supportability disciplines, and have familiarity with MIL-STD and ISO standards for logistics and sustainment.

Proven experience in ILS management within the Defence sector, ideally as part of an MSP, is highly desirable.
