L3 ILS Management

This pivotal role leads the planning, integration, and execution of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities across the acquisition and sustainment lifecycle for advanced land combat systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver ILS strategies in line with Defence policy and CASG requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of ILS elements including supply support, maintenance planning, technical data management, training, facilities, and configuration management.
  • Conduct and review supportability analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align ILS outcomes with operational requirements.
  • Manage procurement and acquisition planning to ensure whole-of-life supportability.
  • Ensure compliance with Defence security protocols and ASDEFCON frameworks.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex logistics projects.
  • Provide input into Statements of Work and contract data deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Logistics or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in ILS management within Defence programs.
  • Strong understanding of Defence logistics systems.
  • Familiarity with Defence logistics frameworks and MIL-STDs.
  • NV1 clearance and ability to operate in ITAR-restricted environments.
