Project Coordination Opportunity

  • Liaise with technicians, clients, stock, reports, and administrative aspects from the office.
  • Coordinate and schedule technicians for jobs.
  • Liaise with clients for upcoming works.
  • Organize technicians, testers, and contractors for jobs.
About the Role

This position is part of a larger organization that provides comprehensive fire services, including testing, maintenance, installs, and more. The successful candidate will be working on various projects, such as building and construction, maintenance and service, remediation and retrofit projects, and new high-rise, commercial, industrial, units, apartments, dwellings, and much more.

The role involves liaising with technicians, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Good communication and organizational skills are essential for this position.

Requirements
  • Experience scheduling technicians and trades.
  • Background in the Fire industry or related field.
  • Ability to read and understand reports and documents.
  • Good computer and IT skills.
