Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute event concepts that exceed client expectations by providing personalized services and attention to detail
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Schedule and manage staff to meet business needs by leveraging your organizational skills and experience
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to secure best rates and services that align with our operational objectives
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth by identifying trends and opportunities
