The role we are looking to fill is a part time position on a job share basis, with 2 roles available. We are looking for someone to work across 5 days, ideally with hours of 8.30am – 1pm and 12.30pm – 5pm (with 1⁄2 hour handover).

Key responsibilities include:

• Connecting visitors with the relevant internal staff member/s.
• Supporting Customer Service Officers to receive incoming phone calls and conduct warm transfers of calls internally and externally.
• Managing swipe card passes for visitors, as required.
• Managing all inbound and outbound mail and distributing accordingly.
• Ensuring visitors adhere to safety requirements, including signing in and wearing visitors' badge.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High levels of computer literacy using a range of Microsoft Office computer packages.
• Previous experience in a similar role with a similar organization.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Well-developed engagement, listening and telephone skills.
• Experienced and skilled in accurate data entry, Salesforce experience preferred.
• Personal experience of living with or supporting a person with a disability is highly valued.
