A unique opportunity exists for a motivated individual to contribute to the well-being of residents as a Resident Lifestyle Officer.
This role involves designing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive lifestyle programs tailored to the diverse needs of our residents. Collaborating closely with the Facility Manager and Occupational Therapist ensures seamless coordination of daily therapy and lifestyle programs, upholding a high standard of care and customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing lifestyle programs featuring intergenerational activities and outings.
- Coordinating volunteer services and promoting resident engagement.
- Organizing regular meetings and events for residents and their families.
- Overseeing dining services and maintaining exceptional food provision standards.
- Providing outstanding customer service and support to residents and their families.

Requirements:**
