The Head of Educational Excellence plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of pedagogy and quality across services.

About The Role
  • Champions high-quality service delivery, implementing innovative and evidence-based practices to achieve portfolio KPIs related to educational practice and pedagogy.
  • Leads quality uplift and embeds exceptional educational practices across the organisation, designing and delivering professional learning and mentoring Educational Leaders and centre-based teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with senior leadership, contributing to the development of internal policies and leading research partnerships and projects.
  • Mentoring and guiding teams to evaluate existing knowledge, analyse data, and formulate strategies to improve performance.
  • Developing, leading, and nurturing high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education or similar ACECQA Recognised Early Childhood Teacher level Qualification.
  • A valid Working with Children Check.
  • A valid driver's licence.
  • Extensive Early Education and Care Senior Leadership experience.
