Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Quality Specialist to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of our data-centric features. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and have a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute data validation strategies across reporting, compliance tracking, event attendance, and learning analytics modules, ensuring field-level data integrity.
  • Validate ETL pipelines and workflows end-to-end, from data ingestion through transformation to analytics layers and dashboards.
  • Leverage codeless or low-code automation platforms to create, maintain, and run robust data tests with minimal scripting effort.
  • Write and use advanced SQL queries to validate data correctness, aggregations
  • Use AI-enhanced testing capabilities like self-healing test cases and predictive analytics to minimize maintenance and improve test accuracy.
  • Integrate database and ETL test cases into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing during agile development cycles.
  • Support API and middleware testing for data access and synchronization validation using tools like Postman or similar.
  • Collaborate with product, data engineering, and QA teams to define comprehensive test scenarios, edge cases, and data flow validations.
  • Analyze and report data discrepancies, trace root causes, and verify fixes across multiple test iterations.
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in ETL testing, database validation, or data quality engineering in enterprise or SaaS environments.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including joins, subqueries, and analytical functions for validating complex datasets.
  • Experience with automated data testing tools—especially low-code or codeless platforms designed for data workflows.
  • Good understanding of data pipelines, data warehousing, and validation of aggregated business metrics.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman and UI automation frameworks like Selenium.
  • Ability to work within DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, contributing to continuous integration of test assets.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on uncovering and resolving subtle data inconsistencies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional agile teams.
