Senior Claims SpecialistOur ideal candidate will play a pivotal role within our Recovery & Health team, delivering smarter recovery solutions. This position involves managing complex claims and providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a strategically important portfolio of complex claims with full decision-making responsibility.
  • Conduct regular meetings with injured team members to personalise support and monitor recovery progress.
  • Deliver customer-centric interactions by tailoring communication to individual needs and acting as a key escalation point.
  • Lead case conferencing and return-to-work planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive effective recovery outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing complex workers' compensation claims in a large organisational structure.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence various stakeholders, including unions, HR, medical professionals, and operational leaders.
  • Experience applying industry best practice models and leading innovative projects that enhance injury management outcomes.
