About the Role

AAPM WorkCare is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Canberra team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Branch, ensuring the delivery of customer, client, and operational outcomes through effective management of key business areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and management to the Branch and team
  • Manage customer accounts, including business development and contract management
  • Provide training, coaching, and development to your team
  • Manage service delivery standards
  • Manage your own reduced size case load to a high standard
