Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused project manager to lead the strategic planning and execution of Salesforce projects. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing project resources, schedules, and risks effectively.

You will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of large, complex projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget. This includes overseeing the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring alignment of project goals and objectives, and managing any conflicts or issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing client expectations, understanding business needs, and delivering tailored solutions. They will possess strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to manage and mentor cross-functional teams, and drive them towards successful project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role, focusing on client-facing responsibilities.
  • Understanding of Salesforce solutions, including Professional Services Sector, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other key products desired.
  • Proven success in managing large, complex projects with direct responsibility for strategic client relationships and project outcomes.
