Nurse - Critical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient-centred care within a multidisciplinary health team.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the care team to provide holistic, individualised care.
- Make timely referrals to ensure continuity of care post-discharge.
- Supervise and mentor staff and students to support professional development.
- Delegate care based on scope of practice while responding to changing patient needs.
This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse with recent clinical experience in critical care nursing in an acute care facility. The successful candidate will be able to apply evidence-based practice and critical thinking to patient care, lead, supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care.
Requirements- Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience in critical care nursing in an acute care facility.
- Demonstrated application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to patient care.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care.
