Transformative Asset Valuer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our global team as a Senior Valuation Consultant. As part of this role, you will advise clients on preserving, optimising, raising or investing capital.
About the Role
- This is an opportunity to work within small project teams to undertake valuations of businesses and intangible assets for various purposes including management planning, mergers and acquisitions, tax, financial reporting and disputes.
- You will take ownership for delivery of projects within each team, managing and preparing valuation reports that may include assessment of strategic options for transformation initiatives and detailed financial modelling and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake valuations of businesses and intangible assets using various techniques and methodologies.
- Take ownership of project delivery, managing and preparing valuation reports.
- Work closely with client personnel, other project teams and colleagues to ensure positive, productive and professional relationships.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and approximately 3 to 7 years of related work experience.
- Degree in finance, economics, accounting or business, with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Direct experience utilising various valuation techniques and methodologies (market comparables, discounted cash flow, etc) for different purposes.
- Experience in financial modelling in MS Excel and related software preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, organisational, interpersonal and teaming skills.
