
Reconciliation Action Plan Specialist

Join a dynamic team where you will play a key role in driving the implementation of the department's Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) to achieve its strategic goals.
As a Reconciliation Action Plan Officer, your primary responsibility will be to foster strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to improve delivery of outcomes across the NSW Government.
Key areas of focus include:
- Building on existing relationships to advance reconciliation initiatives
- Strengthening partnerships with First Nations communities and other stakeholders to drive positive change
- Collaborating with Treasury teams and agency counterparts to enhance cultural understanding and promote economic inclusion
Requirements for this role include:
- Proven experience in supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Demonstrated knowledge of and respect for First Nations cultures, histories, and perspectives
- Strong self-management capability and initiative
- Ability to manage straightforward projects or tasks with limited supervision
