Reconciliation Action Plan Officer

The role of a Reconciliation Action Plan Officer is pivotal in driving the implementation of innovative reconciliation strategies to achieve strategic objectives through sustainable actions, strong partnerships, and greater cultural understanding.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of First Nations cultures, histories, and perspectives, as well as experience supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives within a workplace environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support delivery of outcomes across government departments through effective communication, collaboration, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive reconciliation action plan goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support delivery of outcomes
