Job Description

The EL1 Assistant Director Engagement Strategy and Innovation (Digital) plays a pivotal leadership role within the agency, overseeing a team of professionals to deliver high-impact engagement activities.

This position is responsible for providing strategic guidance and advice to Senior Executives on digital technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, exercising sound judgement to navigate complex issues and drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing specialist technical advice on digital technologies to support engagement activities
  • Developing and implementing innovative digital engagement strategies
