
Strategic Partner Marketing Manager

This is a strategic role within the marketing organization that focuses on developing and executing partner marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in organizing and executing cross-functional campaigns, working closely with partners to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with key partners, developing co-marketing strategies, and leveraging market data to inform decision-making.
- Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with partners to drive mutual business growth.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key partners to identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Work with partners to design and implement demand generation programs tailored to each partner's strengths and needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market data to inform partner marketing strategies.
In this role, you will also be responsible for tailoring corporate strategies to align with regional needs and local business requirements, as well as designing and executing programs that meet those needs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, possess solid knowledge of marketing automation tools and webinar platforms, and be able to innovate with limited resources.
Additionally, this role requires a proactive attitude, creativity, and excellent relationship-building skills to succeed in this position.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in partner marketing, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, including Salesforce and Monday.com.
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
