Are you a seasoned electrical professional ready to take on a high-level project management role in Victoria? We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead our team in delivering multiple commercial and service projects across the state.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in commercial electrical installations, maintenance, and compliance, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish. They will be comfortable working at both a strategic level, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and on the ground, directing teams and coordinating project delivery.

This is not an entry-level position we need someone who has been in the industry for at least 5+ years and has extensive experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. A background as a Director or business owner would be highly regarded, but what matters most is your ability to motivate and lead teams, drive results, and navigate complex projects with ease.

The role involves overseeing a mix of commercial and service-based electrical works, from programmed maintenance to complex fitouts and infrastructure upgrades. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and profitability, while building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience as an Electrical Project Manager
  • Strong technical grounding in commercial electrical installations, maintenance, and compliance
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead teams while maintaining accountability
  • Organised, methodical, and confident managing multiple priorities at once
  • Proficient in systems, protocols, and apps for project tracking, reporting, and communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to entertain clients and build rapport
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence
