We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Administration Coordinator to join our team at Central Australian Aboriginal Congress. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administration services to support the delivery of exceptional healthcare services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the support team, including Client Services Officers, Transport Officer, and Aboriginal Liaison Officer.
  • Provide administrative support to the Clinic Manager and senior clinic team.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the clinic's administrative functions, including patient records, billing, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
