Job Title: Hygiene Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate leader to fill the role of Hygiene Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in occupational hygiene to take on new challenges and contribute to our team's success.

The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians and hygienists, work closely with managers to meet targets and outcomes, and coordinate and manage various client contracts and engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of hygiene technicians and hygienists.
  • Work closely with the Hygiene and Hazmat Managers to meet targets and outcomes.
  • Coordinate and manage the various client contracts and engagements.
  • Manage technical contracts and clients with quarterly monitoring and one-off project requests.
  • Foster a collaborative and high performing work environment.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Maximise business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership and team management experience.
  • 8+ years' experience in occupational hygiene with a broad working knowledge of legislation and requirements.
  • A degree in a relevant discipline (preferably with post graduate qualifications in Occupational Hygiene).
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, manage and prioritise a variety of concurrent projects to meet deadlines.
  • Solid business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with effective decision-making.
