We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Subacute Services team in the Adelaide Metro Region.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting independence, enhancing quality of life, and facilitating functional recovery for individuals in our rehabilitation and geriatric services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess clients' needs and develop tailored intervention plans
- Provide comprehensive therapeutic interventions to promote independence and functional recovery
- Collaborate with other health professionals to facilitate safe and timely discharge
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia
- Ability to undertake assessment and intervention with clients with a range of illnesses and disabilities
- High level organisational skills, including prioritisation, delegation, and initiative
