Bowls NSW Expands Its Team with Two Exciting Roles

We are thrilled to announce two new positions that offer unique opportunities for passionate individuals to make a meaningful impact within our organisation and the sport of bowls.

The Manager – Participation & Integrity will drive the development and adoption of new formats and projects, including activities across female participation, multi-disability & CALD projects. This innovative role aims to scope and deliver non-traditional formats, projects and pilot programs across NSW.

The Events & Competitions Coordinator will assist the Sport Team during the busy event period, providing vital support in ensuring competitions run smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the integrity portfolio, overseeing specific cases escalated to Bowls NSW from end-to-end and in line with the National Integrity Framework.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the CEO in delivering objectives aligned to critical pillars of the operational plan.
  • Assist the Sport Team during the busy event period up until mid-July 2025, ensuring competitions run smoothly and successfully.

Requirements:

  • Possess a strong passion for engaging new audiences, innovating with new formats and projects, and expanding the reach and engagement of the sport of lawn bowls.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Show enthusiasm for event coordination and travel across NSW.
