Expert Transmission Line Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Leader to join our dynamic APAC Transmission and Distribution team in New South Wales.
The successful candidate will spearhead planning, design, and construction of cutting-edge overhead transmission line projects across Australia.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional with extensive experience in transmission line engineering and project delivery to advance their career in a global company.
The role offers a unique blend of technical and commercial elements, providing quality control and process improvement oversight, as well as the opportunity to be involved in thought leadership initiatives.
- Lead complex transmission line projects from conception to completion, establishing design criteria and methodologies for project teams.
- Provide technical guidance, manage technical risks in proposals and projects, and mentorship to local and global engineering teams.
- Drive business growth through proposal development and client engagement, finding innovative solutions, championing value and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (AS/NZS, ASCE, IEEE, IEC) and client specifications.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Extensive experience in transmission line engineering and project delivery.
- Proven track record in managing large, multidisciplinary projects.
- Open communication style with project leadership skills and the ability to work across geographies.
- Technically innovative with a focus on continuous improvement.
