About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team at Linfox. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving leadership development, enhancing employee engagement, and delivering impactful IR/HR support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on employment-related matters, including IR queries and policy interpretation.
  • Support and coach leaders through the performance and development planning cycle to enhance the quality of performance conversations and outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into grievances and disciplinary matters, recommending effective actions to resolve issues.
  • Analyse people data and trends to provide actionable recommendations that drive improvements and strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Work and other regulatory requirements by interpreting and advising on agreements and awards.
Requirements
  • A degree qualification in Human Resources, Business, Logistics, or a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience working in a similar operational, blue-collar IR Generalist role, ideally within a logistics, supply chain, or similar fast-paced industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate integrity, and manage sensitive information.
  • Impeccable organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise your workload, and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
