Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough analysis of HCM/payroll processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders across various departments to ensure effective translation to technology requirements.
- Develop comprehensive business process documentation and facilitate workshops, one-on-one interviews, and process mapping to ensure alignment between technical and functional specifications.
- Liaise with the vendor and delivery team to ensure seamless integration and alignment between technical and functional specifications.
- Highly experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record in determining business requirements and performing process analysis on large CRM/ERP programs with an emphasis on HCM or payroll.
