- Creating client file notes and assisting with administrative responsibilities to ensure that operations function effectively.
- A person-centered, values-based approach to service delivery that is informed by a proven commitment to social justice concerns.
- Knowledge and understanding of trauma-informed, strengths-based and person-centered care.
- Demonstrated communication and relationship management abilities, as well as the ability to maintain collaborative working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
