We are seeking experienced and skilled Concrete Production Managers to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality concrete products while maintaining a safe working environment.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations of Concrete Batch Plants, ensuring smooth batching processes and quality control.
  • Coordinating the allocation of trucks and resources to meet customer demands.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on batch plant performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of operators to achieve operational excellence.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has a strong commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.
  • Is an excellent communicator with strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Has experience in batching or the concrete industry, with a valid HR driver's license preferred.
  • Can demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Is willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
