Job Opportunity: Human Resource Business Partner

We are seeking a driven individual to fill the role of HR Business Partner, providing comprehensive support and driving execution of HR initiatives.

This position serves as a strategic partner, fostering positive work relationships, building morale, increasing productivity, and retaining talent. The successful candidate will work closely with leaders and employees to achieve operational and business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational HR and employee relations advice on matters relating to sourcing approaches, employment terms and conditions, employment legislation, and industrial instruments/awards.
  • Coach leaders on all people matters including change, communications, culture, and performance.
  • Actively engage with Operations and Functional Leadership Teams to leverage systems and processes to enhance workforce productivity.
  • Assist with maintaining employee records and other compliance controls.
