Child-Led Learning and Development Opportunities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement educational programs that promote holistic child development
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress, daily information and program details
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as activity preparation and mealtimes
  • Ensure high-quality services in consideration of the National Quality Standards
  • Comply with relevant Government Regulations
  • Guide team members in professional development, individual goals and performance

Requirements of the Role:

  • Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualifications
  • Valid NESA registration (Early Childhood)
  • Minimum two years full-time work experience
  • Experience in planning and implementing educational programs that value a holistic view of each child's development
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
  • Effective implementation of pedagogy in teaching practice
  • Valid employee Working with Children Check number
