Environmental Impact and Assessment Planning Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Scientist to join our team in Environmental Impact and Assessment Planning. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to a variety of projects that balance the demand for infrastructure and environmental impacts in renewable energy, water, and transport sectors.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting environmental assessments and providing technical insights into environmental planning, assessment, and management.
  • Navigating approval pathways under Commonwealth, State, and Local frameworks.
  • Supporting our client's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Initiatives.
  • Embedding sustainable development and resilience outcomes within our projects.
  • Assisting in stakeholder consultations with teams of scientists, engineers, drafters, project administrators, and contractors.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Planners, or Environmental Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for environmental planning and impact assessment.
