Software Developer Role

Ruby on Rails developers at Paxus create innovative software solutions for our Learning Management System.

As a key member of our team, you will work with autonomy to deliver high-quality software development services to stakeholders.

  • We are seeking an experienced developer to contribute to the construction and enhancement of web applications using frameworks such as Ruby on Rails or .Net.
  • You will design and implement object-oriented solutions, service-oriented architecture, and APIs to drive business value.
  • Integrate systems through APIs and enhance existing application processes to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Mentor junior team members to ensure they have the skills needed to succeed.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote organisational values and goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Ruby on Rails, .Net, or similar frameworks is essential.
  • A strong background in object-oriented design, service-oriented architecture, and API development is required.
  • Experience in system integration through APIs and relational data modeling is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary to drive business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and identity management technologies is an advantage.
