Job Overview

As a senior technology architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to client needs. This includes creating detailed design documents, conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and providing comprehensive documentation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions based on best practices and guidelines from the industry leading experts.
  • Develop thorough design documents that outline solution architecture and implementation plans.
  • Lead and execute Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks and enhance the efficiency of Microsoft 365 implementations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
  • Provide support in troubleshooting technical issues related to Microsoft 365 environments as required.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects and fulfillment of client requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering complex Microsoft 365 projects.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations and respective tools and processes.
  • Experience with foundational solution guides, architecture illustrations, design principles, and templates.
  • Strong technical skills across all Microsoft 365 workloads, including Active Directory and Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams and Teams Voice, Intune, Application Packaging, Windows 11 migrations.
  • Extensive knowledge of on-premises infrastructure, including Active Directory, servers, networks, EUC, and applications.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
