At Macquarie, we're shaping the future of digital banking and wealth management. As a Digital Experience Designer, you'll play a crucial role in crafting intuitive and engaging user interfaces that drive business outcomes.

Working closely with our Design Lead and cross-functional teams, you'll refine ideas and designs through customer validation and translate requirements into detailed journey maps. Your expertise in developing high-fidelity prototypes in Figma using an established Design System will be invaluable in bringing new features to market.

We're looking for a self-motivated individual with 3-5 years of experience in UX and UI Design, proficient in documentation, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in financial services is advantageous, but not required.
