A global recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Solutions Partner to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic organisation, serving a diverse client base across various industries.

As the HR Solutions Partner, your role will be critical in managing various HR operational services, including talent sourcing, recruitment, and workforce planning. You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end employment contractual arrangements for fixed term, continuing, and casual staff.

Your skills and expertise will be essential in delivering processes and supporting hiring managers for contract renewals and direct appointments. You will provide guidance on HR processes, interpret relevant policies and procedures, and provide business knowledge to support future recruitment activities whilst building and maintaining credible stakeholder relationships.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, you will also be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing solutions to support the recruitment function.
  2. Providing guidance and support to Hiring Managers to develop role statements, position descriptions, and selection criteria as required for recruitment activities.
  3. Supporting the implementation of recruitment campaigns as required.
  4. Utilising relevant systems and technology, seeking out and engaging with top talent and managing end-to-end processes.
  5. Providing guidance and support to Managers throughout the recruitment process.
  6. Offering advice and expertise regarding opportunities for talent management, internal career progression opportunities, and retention.
