Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team and shape unforgettable journeys in the heart of the Red Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily tour operations, including scheduling, vehicle logistics, and resource planning.
  • Provide guidance and support to our team of guides, drivers, and operational crew.
  • Ensure our team is fully prepared with the right tools, information, and support to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
  • Uphold safety, compliance, and environmental standards across all operations.
  • Assist with guest enquiries and help deliver a warm, professional experience at every stage of the journey.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new crew members.
  • Manage day-to-day administration, including payroll, reporting, and bookings.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to improve processes and support business growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience in tourism, tour operations, logistics or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • The ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities in a remote location.
  • Comfortable working with technology and booking systems (training provided).
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and guest care.
  • A knowledge of, or interest in, Indigenous culture and Central Australian tourism is highly desirable.
