About the Role

As a Project Coordinator Trainee, you will be responsible for liaising with clients and customers, building relationships with stakeholders, and monitoring and scheduling maintenance and checks of onsite equipment and tools. You will also be responsible for maintaining spreadsheets and internal software programs, inputting, updating, and recording data, managing supplies and ordering materials, requisitions, and creating purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and customers to build relationships and resolve issues
  • Monitor and schedule maintenance and checks of onsite equipment and tools
  • Maintain spreadsheets and internal software programs to ensure accurate data recording
  • Manage supplies and ordering materials, requisitions, and create purchase orders
  • Complete job packages, inventory, and system tracking
  • Handle phone inquiries courteously and professionally from internal and external stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong interpersonal skills, a team player able to work collaboratively within an industrial setting. You will also need to have sound computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new software skills. Additionally, you will need to be comfortable wearing the required PPE and have great verbal communication skills.
