Security Clearance Specialist Team Lead
About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Security Clearance Specialist to lead a high-performing team handling complex personal security clearance processes across various levels.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in government or similar high-security environments, with a strong background in quality assurance and vetting procedures.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Lead a geographically dispersed team with varying degrees of experience in security clearance processes.
- Assess clearance cases with attention to detail and ability to manage a complex process.
- Be accountable for Quality Assurance, enforcing stringent quality controls on Personal Security Files (PSFs), and provide sound, data-driven advice on clearance outcomes.
- Extensive vetting experience (essential) in Government or similar high-security environments.
- A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1, with the opportunity to upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as required.
- Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting).
Ideal skills include leadership, attention to detail, and quality assurance.
