About the Role

Bunnings is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, demonstrations, and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain store appearance, and ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, stock management, and other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the store.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift and move stock, and work at heights (if required).
