The Role
  • Lead a high-performing team with a strong sense of culture, direction, and ambition
  • Drive country-wide brand strategy, partnering closely with key stakeholders to bring big ideas to life
  • Champion customer excellence while delivering business outcomes through sharp, strategic thinking
  • Influence product decisions with on-the-ground insights that reflect seasonal, regional, and customer trends
  • Make a real impact creating clarity and unlocking opportunities that elevate team and customer experience

You will lead the vision and execution across retail, visual merchandising, retail operations, retail communications, and merchandise.
