Job Opportunity:
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Personal Care Workers to deliver exceptional in-home care services to clients with complex needs.
The Role:
- Deliver high-quality, client-centred care in their homes
- Maintain client dignity, comfort, and independence through personalised support
- Communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Work remotely with flexibility while upholding service excellence and maintaining professional boundaries
- Accurately document care provided using digital systems for quality assurance and reporting
Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or similar (mandatory)
- Minimum 12 months' experience in high-intensity or complex care environments
- Current First Aid & CPR certification for immediate response situations
- Valid Paid NDIS Worker Screening Check for compliance with governance requirements
- Police Check for thorough background verification
- Reliable transport and open driver's licence for safe travel
- Excellent communication and time management skills for effective care coordination
- A high level of professionalism, empathy, and resilience for challenging situations
