Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at IPAR, a national occupational rehabilitation provider. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with return to work services, working collaboratively with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage caseloads and provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological.
- Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs in collaboration with employers and employees.
- Work across various schemes, including workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs.
- Assist clients in achieving return to health and return to work outcomes through a variety of assessments and interventions.
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Full Professional Registration with AHPRA.
- Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded.
- Fabulous communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.
- Compassion, kindness, and empathy essential for this role.
- Well-developed time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A current Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance required.
