Fly in/Fly Out Hydraulic Service Technician

This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-growing team based out of either Emerald or Blackwater (Central QLD) as a Fly in/Fly Out Hydraulic Service Technician.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced hydraulic hose technicians to provide high-quality multi-product install, repair and maintenance service to a diverse range of customers. As a Fly in/Fly Out Hydraulic Service Technician, you will work on all sorts of mechanical gear for various clients across different locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical service and troubleshooting support for customers
  2. Repair and replace hydraulic hoses at customer sites
  3. Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
  4. Attend to customer queries regarding hydraulic hose related matters
  5. Manufacture hose assemblies as required
  6. Maintain van stock and equipment and ensure a professional image is maintained at all times
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of, and experience in hydraulic hose and fittings
  • Australian Driver's License
  • Broad exposure to service/repair of hydraulic and pneumatic Industrial/Mobile equipment
  • Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and police check prior to starting
